EMPLOYEE BENEFIT MANAGER

Requirements:

Employee Benefits Manager job based in Kuala Lumpur, up to RM144,000/annum Your new company This multinational insurance broking company is known as a leading player in the market and are well known for their established Employee Benefits team. Due to market growth, an Employee Health and Benefits Manager is needed to join the team to propel their business in Malaysia.

 Your new role As an Employee Health and Benefits Manager, you will assist in leading the Employee Benefits team with an emphasis on managing and servicing key client's.

You are also in charge of managing enquiries from clients and develop long-term relationships with existing clients, to ensure that understand the value of your services and provide constant support thereafter.

In addition, you are responsible of training new EB account executives to ensure the efficiency and personal development of your team. 

What you'll need to succeed Your previous experience in a similar role within Insurance, Broking or Sales will lead to your success. Ideally, you would have at least 5 years of experience within Employee Health and Benefits.
